I managed the Baltimore Ravens $440M renovation for 21 months and sat in the center of the team, architect, GC, fabricator, design team, sponsors, stadium authority and multiple subcontractors.
The first question I ask stakeholders when I start a new project is, "What does success look like to you?" The Ravens said, "Have the best fan experience in the NFL," which served as my team's North Star during the renovation process.
