Baltimore Ravens: A Fan First Experience
I managed the Baltimore Ravens $440M renovation for 21 months and sat in the center of the team, architect, GC, fabricator, design team, sponsors, stadium authority and multiple subcontractors. The first question I ask stakeholders when I start a new project is, "What does success look like to you?" The Ravens said, "Have the best fan experience in the NFL," which served as my team's North Star during the renovation process.

Washington Commanders: Naming Rights Partnership
In 2024, FedEx pulled out of their Naming Rights Partnership (NRP) deal with the Washington Commanders. While other teams worked tirelessly to land a new NRP in time for the 2024 season, my team led the strategy to better balance static and digital sponsorship signage on the interior and exterior of the stadium.
